I’m a fitness enthusiast with hands-on experience in home workouts, bodyweight training, and beginner fitness routines. I created Fitness Flora with one simple goal — to help everyday people stay fit without a gym.
I know how frustrating it can be to search for fitness advice online and find content that assumes you already have a gym membership, expensive equipment, or hours of free time every day. That was my problem too. So I decided to build a place where anyone — regardless of budget, schedule, or fitness level — could find simple, honest, and practical workout guidance.
